Last episode the party caught up to the missing hobbit Dindi at a ruined hillfort, fought a battle atop its summit but in the chaos the unfortunate hobbit was abducted, forcing the party to once again search for him.

Previously, the party caught up to the missing hobbit Dindi at a ruined hillfort but were then set upon by wolves, goblins and orcs. As the evil band charged up the steep hill they were peppered with arrows. We join them as the distance is closed further and threat becomes real of being overrun.
As reminder, Chris, Brother Hathus' player, couldn't make this session and Stuart, Amalfrida's player, had drop out midway due to technical issues so we end up a bit short staffed this time.

Last episode the party stayed in an hobbit run inn and learned of the disappearance of the owner's brother, Dindy. After delivering Bard's message to Beorn, the party started their search for Dindy. As they camped one night, they were set upon by an evil shadowy being. It first took Brother Hathus then came back for others but was finally driven off by Sigmarr's fire. Hathus was found the next morning, shaken but unhurt, along with the remains of a torc. After resting, the party resolved to head into the foothills to continue the search...

I messed up! I did not record the audio properly for our last session so what would have been episode 9 will have to wait until next session (28th July 2019). This podcast is just a 6 minute summary of the unrecorded session. Sorry! We'll check all our microphones from now on!
Last episode, as the party journeyed west with a message bound for Beorn, they received a significant artifact dear to Woodman Hall, fought a tentacled monstrosity at a well then finally made it to Rowanhold.
